Active by Nature offers 2 hour guided walks exploring scenic areas of Canmore. There will be a quick review of Nordic walking technique but the focus of these sessions will be having a great total body workout while maintaining a steady walking pace. There will be ample time to admire and appreciate the stunning surroundings, snap a photo or two, learn about Canmore and all it has to offer and enjoy conversation with participants.

The Three Sisters Pathway tour is three hours in length and involves a one-way walk (2 hours/6 km) along this scenic trail, a quick stop for a refreshing non-alchoholic beverage at the Market Bistro in Three Sisters Mountain Village and a ride back to downtown via ROAM public transit.
