Mandy Johnson, owner of Canmore-based ACTIVE BY NATURE and Alberta Ambassador for Urban Poling will give a presentation on the many benefits of Nordic walking along with providing a hands-on demonstration. Six Week Learn to Nordic Walk Clinic @ STRIDES

Join Mandy Johnson, Alberta Ambassador for Urban Poling (Canada’s leading distributor of Nordic walking equipment & Instruction) for a six week spring program to learn Nordic walking technique and explore local trails. High Rockies Trail – Nordic walk/Snowshoe

The High Rockies trail, which is also one of the newest sections of the Trans Canada Trail (also known as the Great Trail) is a beautiful area to go Nordic walking!
